Join us this Sunday this Sunday for worship, fellowship, and study of God's Word.         Pastor Mark Wood is preaching a lesson series on "The Kingdom of God" based on the teachings of Jesus in the  Gospel According to Mark.     The ladies of our church are collecting items to be sent as care packages to our college students returning to school for the spring semester. Non-perishable foods, school supplies and toiletry items are all requested. A list of specific items is available in the church foyer.   Awana clubs  are held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 PM Clubs offered include: Sparks for children  in Kindergarten - 2nd grade  Truth & Training for children 3rd - 6 grades   (http://www.awana.org/).   New Life Baptist Church was featured   in a newspaper article published by the Daily Herald.
